Currently I am a Pro international heavy weight freestyle calisthenics Athlete, and the U.K ambassador for calisthenics. Skills and qualifications acquired can allow I to host calisthenics competitions, workshops, and one to one sessions to train beginners using calisthenics/bodyweight exercise in order to achieve any fitness goal.

Who Can Do This Program?
Any one can do these exercises provided you do not have any medical condition that would prevent you from doing general exercise. The three programs has been specifically designed with regressed alternatives in order to make it nice and easy so that everyone can get involve no matter your fitness level.
How Long is Each Workout?
The general time for an exercise session is as little as 30 to 45 minute per session.
Can I really achieve my goals in 30 days?
The aim is not to think of this program as a 30 day challange, after which you simply regress back to your hold habits. However the purpose of this regime is to help you build a healthy exercise environment and habits that would inspire the lifestyle change that you aspire to.
Will i Put Myself at Risk of Injuries
